Sumetri Martin // Owner
Through her work in the most innovative salons, Sumetri has established herself as a sought-after stylist in Birmingham. She discovered her love for the industry more than a decade ago during a trained Aveda apprenticeship. Before working as a stylist, Sumetri graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Her lifelong passion for learning has motivated her to continually hone and master the craft. Sumetri expertly uses a wide range of techniques and specializes in custom cuts and color for her clients. Guests always feel refreshed after a visit in her chair. Aside from owning the salon, her greatest pride and joy is her handsome son Alexander Fox.
Maria “Dina” Medina // Stylist
Growing up in Locust Fork, Dina always knew she had a passion for all things beauty. She is fascinated by how her work can completely change not only how people look, but also how they feel. Since she graduated from the Aveda Institute, her time in the beauty industry has been spent learning about her favorite things to do in the salon: balayages, fashion colors, and event hair & makeup. She is also a mommy of one girl named Serena. Her ideal day would include taking her daughter to get a cake pop from Starbucks, doing some shopping with her boyfriend Wesley, and going to Itty Bitty Magic City as a family. She looks forward to seeing you in her chair and making you feel your best!
